Information Collection and Use

We need to collect a certain amount of personal information from you in order to process your order, such as your name, email address, address, and phone number. The phone number is optional. The information we collect will be used to validate eligibility for return of product free of charge, and to create and email a shipping label. Information collected is used to process returns, to communicate with the shipper and recycler about your shipment, to improve our services, to contact you in the event we have concerns or questions, and to comply with any applicable laws. For example, we will disclose your name and address to the shipping provider, and name, address, email address and phone number to the recycler.



RLGA is committed to the protection of the personally identifiable information that you share with us. We utilize a combination of security technologies, procedures and organizational measures to help protect your personally identifiable information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. For example, we store the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers with limited access.


Aggregate Tracking Information

The server we use logs the Internet Protocol Address ("IP Address") of all site visitors, and the name of the page visited. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer every time you connect to the Internet. Information from IP addresses is used for system administration, to examine overall traffic trends, troubleshooting, analysis, etc. We do not normally attempt to identify individual users through their IP addresses.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (Google). Google Analytics uses cookies, i.e. text files stored on your computer to enable analysis of website usage by you.
