RLG’s After Market Services Division strengthens competencies and coverage
Through the acquisition of Czech company Kvenna s.r.o., the Reverse Logistics Group is expanding their service portfolio to include data wiping services in addition to their experience and competencies for treatment of Electric and Electronic equipment (EEE): The company brings almost 20 years of experience in the field of refurbishment and repairs of IT and other electronic products, logistics and connected reverse logistics services. Kvenna currently operates in key European markets, serving several International retailer chains and e-commerce companies.
In combination with the refurbishment services offered by Britcom, (acquired earlier this year), the two companies can now provide comprehensive EEE After Sales Returns Services. Both companies will be grouped under the RLG After Market Services segment. Their service portfolio matches with the Client requirements of their sister company Cycleon, specializing in Integrated Returns Management. Future plans see an enlargement of the Czech facility that allows to provide Britcom services also from this location.
